I think you all should have an application so that people can apply for different jobs. Also, you can have a toolbar that users can download, and for staff. Within the staff toolbar, you could have a certain email that brings in moderation complaints and job appliacations. For the useer bar you could have there points and things there. (:

So... you are suggesting a toolbar? And applications for jobs? Well, toolbar, I don't mind, accuatly, but you have to earn the job/rank. Be active, post, answer the questions, make interesting threads, etc., and you will become a special rank member.

Besides, some ranks are not hiring. Like Assitants - we have 6 Assistants, so we think it's enough.

There are also Graphics Team (you can find the thread in general Planet). But they aren'y hiring aswell.

Moderators can be earned by posting, being atctive, etc.

About admins, I'm not sure. I becamed Admin when i reached about 490-500 posts. Being active, helping, posting, visiting and helping in Smallians places, etc. - that is activity.
